The things I do for my clients…

I spent 30 days recently following a specific morning ritual, waking up extra early, doing positive things and setting myself up for my day.

Why? Because my client is turning it into live and online workshops (at my suggestion) and needed a guinea pig group. Of course, if I am going to be mentoring her, I had to say yes…

And you know what? I felt great.

I was more productive, more upbeat and got a ton more stuff done. So yes, I would recommend having a morning ritual or routine to anyone, particularly if you work for yourself because it really does up that motivation.

I totally get it if you are not a morning person. Nor am I. But these things are flexible and the benefits so big that I think you absolutely need to find the right routine for you.
