A constant source of confusion.

And not just because of the way you pronounce ‘em.

Some people say you should stick with the big ones.

Others that you need to find your little corner of those big ones.

Here’s my two pennies’ worth…

Do both.

Especially in a world ruled by social media where you will find different audiences on different platforms…

Although I strongly believe that you shouldn’t reinvent the wheel but simply do it better than everyone else.

Take a proven, evergreen, fantastic niche like health & fitness, for instance…

There are so many products, sub-niches etc etc that you cannot help but make moolah so long as you put great stuff out there that appeals to the target audience.

And that audience is a shoe-in because health & fitness touch on so many pain and passion points…

Things that are literally life and death such as health issues as well as hugely emotional issues such as how we look and feel.

As always, the way to attract people who are desperate for solutions in this niche is to do so ethically and with integrity. Then those people will come back to you again and again.

This means creating and putting out content which answers their needs. And lots of it because these people are information seekers before they are buyers.
